An industry of possibilities.

The average age of people in the advertising industry is 34. When you start, you’ll be expected to have an opinion, not make cups of tea. And if you work hard, you could take the CEO’s seat within 15 years. Or perhaps you’ll start your own agency. Many people do.

You'll be expected to make advertising, not tea.

There are 482,000 people currently employed in advertising and marketing-related jobs in the UK creative economy. That’s more than the number of jobs in manufacturing or in aerospace or in bioscience. And job opportunities are increasing. Each new wave of technology gives birth to exciting new creative and media applications which require new skills and fresh talent.

“Do interesting things and interesting things will happen to you.”

Sir John Hegarty, founder of Bartle Bogle Hegarty
